How does the booking process work?

I will send you a form to fill out. This is a way for us to get to know each other and figure out the best way we can work together!
CONTRACT
This one is to protect both you and I, both your time and mine are valuable! Once this is signed (and your deposit is paid), we can lock in your session!
DEPOSIT
Once you contract is signed and out of the way, the last step in the booking process is to send over your deposit. You will one required to make a 50% nonrefundable deposit. Once this is done, your session is set in stone baby, and we can start the creative planning process!
PLANNING YOUR SESSION
This is the fun part. Once all is said and done, we will decide on a date and location that works best of us both, and begin planning out the details of your shoot!

What types of photography services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of photography services, including wedding photography, portrait photography, family photography, event photography, commercial photography, and more. We specialize in capturing meaningful moments and creating stunning visual stories.

How do I book a photography session with you?

Booking a photography session is easy. Simply reach out to me through the contact me section, let me know the type of session you're interested in, and I will guide you through the process! From there we can discuss your requirements, and find a convenient date and time for your session.

Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?

Absolutely! I believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalized photographs. Whether it's at your home, a scenic outdoor location, or a venue of your choice, I'm open to capturing your session in a place that holds meaning to you.

are you willing to travel?

Yes, absolutely. If the session is within a reasonable driving distance (up to 2.5 hours drive), I am happy to do so. A mileage fee of $0.65 per km both ways will be added onto your package. If flight or other accommodations need to be arranged we can discuss this during the booking process!

How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?

I understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. My editing process typically takes 1-6 weeks, depending on the volume of images, the complexity of editing required and current workload or season. I prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.

What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?

If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session (within reasonable timeframe), or finding an indoor location. I want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and I am flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.

Do my photos need to be posted publicly on social media or your website?

Absolutely not! I understand that not all life's moments need to be in the public eye. I you do however choose to be showcased on my socials or website, I would love the opportunity!

What do I need to do to secure my session date?

Upon booking, you will be required to put down a 50% non refundable retainer. If however in the event your session is canceled on my end, your deposit can be moved to another date that works for both you and I! Everything will be in your contract to protect both you and myself!
